Welcome to the spring edition of our online wellbeing festivals, in aid of Wellbeing of Women charity to whom all proceeds are donated.
Our festivals are designed so that you can take as little or as much as you need right now, building your own self care toolkit piece-by-piece. Want to know more?

> Can’t make it to a session? Don’t worry, we’ll send everyone a Dropbox link to the sessions so that you can view on your own agenda – each session will be uploaded within an hour after a session finishes

Throughout the week, we will have up to two sessions per day – in the morning and / or the evening. You will need to register for the week – please click here to do so before purchasing a ticket.
Once you have registered, ZOOM will email you an access link before the first session that will remain the same throughout the week, allowing you to log on and off for whichever session/s suit you.
Monday the 26th of April
11am – Anita Kaushal from Mauli Rituals, How to Prepare the Body for Spring
The knowledgeable Anita, ayurvedic expert and founder of Mauli Rituals, will share her guidance on how to prepare the body for the season, including a nutrition guide on ‘spring cleansing’ of the body and other ayurvedic rituals designed to help you flourish on these longer, brighter days.
7pm – Katie Brindle from Hayo’u, Master Your Health
The enigmatic Katie, founder of Hayo’u, will take you through an energetic masterclass on how to master your health with tips, tricks and tools drawn from her deep expertise in ancient Chinese medicine and experience in health and wellbeing.
Tuesday the 27th of April
11am – Rachida Benamar from Rama Publishing, Setting Career Goals for 2021
The boundless Rachida, founder of Rama Publishing, is here to show you the secrets of setting purposeful career goals that can truly transform your life. Notebook and cup of tea at the ready, let’s go!
7pm – Claire Paphitis, aka the Ayurveda Coach, Full ‘Pink’ Moon Soundbath
The splendid Claire Paphitis, aka the Ayurveda Coach, is also a master of sound bowl and creating calming frequencies. Join us on this full moon for a ‘pink moon lullaby’ designed to break down stagnant energies and draw you into a state of presence, and zen.
Wednesday the 28th of April
11am – Alice Mackintosh from Equi, Balancing your Immune System
The gloriously scientifically geeky Alice, founder of Equi London, will be talking through the best ways to balance your immune system as we emerge from lockdown – including tips, recipe suggestions, supplements, and more.
7pm – Wednesday 28th at 7pm Camilla Bankes from Luminous Face Yoga, Getting Face-Ready for the World
Thursday the 29th of April
11am – Suzy Reading, Self Care for Tough Times (A Roadmap for Stress, Loss & Change)
The empathetic Suzy, author of many a brilliant self-care book, is armed and ready to teach the very best in self care for tough times for the mind and the body. To prepare for the session, please ensure you are somewhere comfortable, quiet and calm. Read more here
7pm – Emma Cannon, A Guided Journey to Find the Medicine Within
Join the magnificent Emma, acupuncturist, fertility expert, and wise woman with over 25 years experience working with womens’ bodies and keeping their stories. Emma will guide you through a journey of the self, to find the medicine within, as well as sharing a card reading to steer you through what 2021 has to bring.
Friday the 30th of April
11am – Liha from LIHA Beauty, Spring Aromatherapy & Scrub Making
The wonderfully healing Liha, co-founder of LIHA Beauty, will guide you through the key fragrances for spring, including a how-to session on making your own body scrub to slough away winter skin and emerge like a shining butterfly.
